Andrew is a principal associate in our real estate group and specialises in working for major energy and telecommunications providers.

Andrew has considerable experience acting on a wide range of commercial property matters from utilities and infrastructure projects through to acting for both tenants and landlords in the retail and leisure sectors.

Andrew’s recent experience includes: -

providing advice and acquiring land and rights for a FTSE 100 energy company in relation to a multi-billion pound upgrade to the national electricity transmission system; acting on the acquisition and integration of a substantial telecommunications network into the portfolio of an existing client; dealing with all lettings, disposals and management work for a well-known high street retailer; and acquiring a number of new sites for a national gym operator.
