Laura is a Principal Associate in our Finance Group. She specialises in non-contentious restructuring work and acts for corporates, lenders, insolvency practitioners and LPA Receivers.

Laura’s recent experience includes: leading on a transaction for a turnaround investment fund in relation to the acquisition of debt and security and investment in a group of companies; advising a key stakeholder in a PFI project on its strategic and legal position in light of a potential insolvency of the project SPV; acting for LPA Receivers of a large portfolio of commercial properties; and acting for the administrators of a national retail chain.

Laura has completed a secondment with Barclays Business Support.
