Amanda is a Principal Associate in our HR practice group. She is an experienced lawyer and advises on both contentious and non-contentious issues. In particular all employment aspects of TUPE outsourcings, business acquisitions, disposals and re-organisations; redundancy procedures and disciplinary procedures; and advising on complex post termination restrictions and confidentiality provisions and potential injunctive proceedings.

A large part of Amanda's work has an international focus. Amanda regularly works with US clients who operate in the UK and also co-ordinates international advice for a range of European clients.
