He regularly advises clients on some of the most complex and noteworthy public and private M&A transactions in the United States and globally, having practiced in New York and Hong Kong.

Dually qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, Graham focuses on both finance and restructuring matters across the Asia-Pacific region. He represents private equity sponsors, private credit funds, major institutional lenders and asset managers on a wide range of finance transactions, including cross-border leveraged financings, restructurings, special situations, direct lending, margin loans, real estate finance and corporate facilities.

Minna Zhang is an associate in the Restructuring Department of the Firm’s Hong Kong office. She has experience advising on contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency-related matters, acting for a wide range of stakeholders including debtors, creditors and insolvency practitioners. Minna has been involved in corporate insolvencies and restructuring transactions in Australia and Hong Kong, and has worked on cross-border transactions involving the PRC, the US and the Cayman Islands.
