He is considered a leading expert on Canada's competition, antitrust and foreign investment laws and regulations. Over the past nearly twenty years, clients have valued his practical and thoughtful approach to navigating Canada’s competition and foreign investment laws, often in coordination with reviews in other jurisdictions.
