Position
Michael is head of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He advises a wide range of financial institutions and investment managers on all aspects of the establishment and maintenance of offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and investment fund platforms. Michael also has extensive experience advising on ongoing transactional and restructuring issues relating to offshore investment funds.
