John is a partner of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  He specialises in structured finance, investment funds and corporate and commercial transactions, with an emphasis on catastrophe bond transactions and other insurance-linked securities, CLO transactions, fund financings, structured debt and repackagings.
