Maples Group

Amy is of counsel of Maples and Calder's Finance and Corporate teams in the Maples Group's Jersey office. Amy has knowledge and experience of a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, structuring/establishment/operation of acquisition and holding structures, corporate and financing downstream private equity transactions, lender and borrower side financings and leveraged/structured financings. She also advises on listing services on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

Dan Perkins

Dan is of counsel in Maples and Calder's Finance and Corporate teams in the Maples Group's Jersey office. He has experience advising on a wide range of Jersey Corporate and Finance transactions for institutional, corporate and family office clients.

David Allen

David is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Jersey office. He advises on cross-border M&A, IPOs and private equity transactions. David has acted on a wide range of Jersey corporate finance (particularly AIM, main market and US listings of Jersey companies) and mergers and acquisitions transactions, and provides general corporate advice. David also has particular expertise in relation to large M&A transactions conducted via Jersey schemes of arrangement.

Mark Crichton

Mark is head of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Jersey office and partner of the Corporate team. He advises on a range of corporate, finance and investment funds transactions. Mark, a Jersey Advocate, has a particular focus on the use of Jersey structures in corporate real estate transactions, including advising in respect of sharia-compliant holding structures and trust structures.

Paul Burton

Paul is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate and Finance teams in the Maples Group's Jersey office. Paul has extensive knowledge and experience of corporate and finance matters, including M&A; public markets; DCM; High Yield; and leveraged and structured finance, including securitisation. He also advises on listing services, including The International Stock Exchange ("TISE"), CSX and High Yield listings.
