Career

With more than 18 years of experience, he is partner in the area of the Intellectual Property area in Mexico City, developing his practice in the areas of consulting, auditing, planning, negotiation, medication, defense and protection of rights such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, appellations of origin and geographical indications, copyrights, reservation of rights through efficient, innovative and effective work strategies that include the preparation of contracts, licenses, actions against unfair competition, counterfeiting of products, piracy, regulatory schemes; as well as in the use of intellectual property rights in digital media, domain name disputes, the Internet and social networks. He has specialized in administrative, legal and unconstitutional litigation, before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, Federal Court of Administrative Justice, District Courts, Collegiate Circuit Courts and Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, and before the World Organization of Intellectual Property. Speaker at conferences and roundtables in Mexico in different forums and has participated in interviews on the Judicial Channel and the Bloomberg Financial.
