In her professional practice, she has had the opportunity to develop in different areas of law. However, for more than eleven years, she has focused on Intellectual Property matters from various positions.

Currently, as a Partner at the firm, she is focused on the development of protection strategies for intellectual property rights, specifically in the field of trademarks. Her work includes legal advice concerning the international registration of trademarks under the Madrid Protocol, as well as consultancy regarding the registration of domain names and the protection of copyright, geographical indications, cultural expressions, traditional knowledge, and trade secrets. She also participates in the development of due diligences related to mergers and acquisitions projects of national and international companies.

In the Legal Affairs Area of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), her functions were focused on the legal defense of the Institute before different authorities. At the International Affairs Division, she collaborated with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to carry out various projects in conjunction with the IMPI, including cooperation activities with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. She also served as a representative of Mexico in various international forums and organizations on intellectual property issues, such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Likewise, she participated in the review and negotiation processes of the intellectual property chapters of various international instruments, such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), the Pacific Alliance, and the Mexico-Jordan Free Trade Agreement, among others.
