Focuses on tax planning, advisory and tax strategy, both national and internationally (application of tax treaties), including private clients, estate planning for individuals and its families, as well as the tax aspects of transactions carried out by corporations, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, transfer pricing, among others.

Author of several national and international articles and publications and has participated as speaker in the International Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association, Lex Mundi, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, among others.

He frequently represents clients including 500 Fortune multinational companies before tax authorities in ruling requests, mutual agreement procedures, audits, tax refunds, tax litigation and settlements procedures.

He is the former Chair of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners México (STEP) for the period 2017-2019 and a current member of the LATAM Board. Member of the Tax Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce México (AmCham). Active member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), serving as a member of the Executive Committee and former Chair of the Young IFA Network (YIN) from 2015 to 2017. Member of the Mexican Institute of Financial Executives (IMEF).

Graduated from the Law School of Universidad Panamericana in 2000. Holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from Universidad Panamericana. Completed an internship at the Australian Taxation Institute (ATAX) in Sydney, Australia, in 2004. Holds a Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from the University of Manchester Business School, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and CLT International.
