His practice has been primarily focused on Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Cross-Border Contracts, Liquidations, Aeronautics, International Private Law, Foreign Investment, Immigration, Real Estate, and Strategic Partnerships.

He has developed his career as an attorney in the offices of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. in Mexico City, Monterrey, Queretaro, and Leon.

He is responsible for the Aerospace practice and co-responsible for the Asian desk of the firm.

Graduated from the Law School of Universidad del Valle de México. He has completed postgraduate studies at Universidad Panamericana, specializing in Corporate Law, Amparo, Tax, and Civil Law. He participated in an international program at the Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas, and a course on the introduction to the financial market of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
