He has developed his practice for over 19 years, focusing on national and international transactions, including structuring and reorganizing debt, securitizations, factoring, financial leasing, financing, guarantees and security interests, as well as in capital markets, fintech, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, and other finance and corporate transactions. Author of various publications covering both financial and corporate matters. Worked as a foreign law advisor at Jackson Walker LLP, in Houston. Head lecturer in undergraduate programs of the Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Santa Fe, Law School.

Graduate from the Law School of Universidad Iberoamericana. He obtained a Master’s in Law degree (LL.M.) from Northwestern University School of Law. He obtained a Master’s in Law in Financial Institutions from Universidad Panamericana.
