Mr. Zimbrón has actively represented different domestic and international companies in connection with complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, divestitures, minority investments, asset sales and cross-border transactions. Gerardo has participated in several transactions in a wide variety of sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, technology, retail, transportation, pharmaceutical and insurance.

Mr. Zimbrón worked as Foreign Associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2015 through 2016.

Mr. Zimbrón received his law degree (JD) from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2010 and obtained his LL.M degree from the University of Virginia in 2015.
