Mr. Serralde specializes in antitrust and competition law and foreign direct investment regulation (FDI), actively participating in all types of cases before the competition authorities, from pre-merger filings, to investigations, administrative procedures, constitutional (Amparo) proceedings, as well as leniency applications. He also devotes substantial time in advisory and compliance by clients with Mexican competition legal framework with respect to their operations. Mr. Serralde has participated in some of the most relevant and sophisticated cases before the antitrust authorities.

Mr. Serralde has been featured as a recognized practitioner in the field of Antitrust and Competition in Best Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, GCR (Global Competition Review), and Chambers and Partners Latin America.
