Lorena Pinto is an associate of the Intellectual Property practice area in Cuesta Campos. Having joined the firm in 2015, she has developed an important background in intellectual property matters regarding trademarks, copyright, and litigation.

Ms. Pinto has vast experience in the registration and renewal of national and international trademarks, opposition procedures, availability searches, preparation and filing trademark licenses, coexistences and assignments agreements, preparation for responding to official communications issued by the Authority, advisory services for clients regarding the obtaining and preservation of their intellectual property rights, and management and administration of trademark portfolios of important Mexican and foreign companies.

In copyright matters, Lorena Pinto has expertise in the registration of literary, musical, and artistic works and agreements, registration, and renewal of reservation of rights, obtention of certificates of compliance regarding the name and content of magazines, and other periodicals, and response to official actions, among others.

Lorena also has experience in trademark litigation, both administrative and before judicial instances.
