Isabel has experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures and general corporate matters. She has advised purchasers, sellers and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint-ventures and strategic partnerships.

She has wide experience in cross-border and international transactions, which constitute the majority of her practice until now, representing Mexican and foreign projects.

Isabel also regularly participates in different financial matters, including expertise in all regulatory aspects of non-banks financial institutions in Mexico.
