Anacandy has a multidisciplinary practice focused in corporate law in general, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint-ventures, private equity transactions, and corporate and project finance. She has experience in complex mergers and acquisition transactions, including legal structure design, intense teamwork and interaction with business, finance and tax areas.

Anacandy has participated in a broad array of domestic and cross-border transactions, counseling Mexican and foreign buyers, sellers, investors, sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
