With more than 12 years of professional experience, Daniel is. focused on issues regarding intellectual property, franchising, licensing and technology.

His practice is focused on assisting clients to maximize the profitability of their intangible assets by developing and executing custom-made strategies on a national and international level.

In addition, he currently leads the firm's Technology Working Group focused on assisting companies in the digital environment that have evolved or entered Web 3.0, IoT, IoB, and the Metaverse.
