Richard Bryce is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Competition Practice. He specialises in various aspects of competition law, including merger and behavioural matters. He has experience across several industries, including chemicals, transportation, tobacco, food and beverage, advertising, IT services, mining and agriculture. Richard has BCom, LLB and LLM (with a specialisation in commercial law) degrees from the University of Cape Town. He is a Mandela Rhodes scholar (UCT & SA, 2016) and an Allan Gray Orbis Foundation fellow.
