Angela Simpson is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office M&A Practice. She specialises in corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including in the private equity and venture capital industry. She works across sub-Saharan Africa, spanning numerous sectors including financial services, logistics, food and agriculture, mining, fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, technology and renewable energy. Her expertise is recognised by credible international rankings organisations including Chambers and IFLR1000.  She has a BCom LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand.
