Alexandra Clüver is a partner in Bowmans’ Cape Town office Project Finance Practice. She specialises in project development and financing, particularly in the energy, infrastructure and oil and gas sectors within the Sub-Saharan region. Her expertise includes structuring equity and debt funding arrangements such as limited recourse financing, portfolio financing and project financing. She also excels in private equity and secondary market transactions. Her expertise extends to the development and financing of projects across all sectors, including energy transition. Alexandra has worked for global law firms in their London, Berlin, Bangkok and Singapore offices and is an English-qualified lawyer. She has an LLB from University College London and has completed a Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
