Mongezi Dladla is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Finance Practice. He specialises in energy and infrastructure projects, particularly in large-scale utility and commercial power purchase agreements on both the private and public sector sides. His experience covers the procurement of large-scale social infrastructure projects (eg: office accommodation, health, rail, municipal) and has advised the South African Government on infrastructure procurement programmes and assisted companies in the private sector with bid proposals and negotiations with government institutions. His expertise in project-related mandates extends to drafting and negotiating project documents and financing documents. He has a B.Com from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LLB from the University of South Africa.
