Jorge Molina is a senior Partner at FABREGA MOLINO. Jorge focuses on representing and advising global clients on matters throughout Latin American and the Caribbean, involving Litigation and Arbitration matters, including complex commercial litigation cases, banking litigation, family litigation, cross-border litigation, and insurance litigation. He has vast experience representing his clients before Panamanian courts and arbitration panels

Jorge Molina´s experience spans acting for multinational corporate clients, ultra-high net worth individuals, and their family offices, concerning a wide range of contentious issues. Jorge’s outstanding performance in negotiation and conflict situations and non-conflict has given him tangible recognition before the Panamanian forum as a successful and recognized lawyer in complex matters.

He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of several local banks, and media services and was president for five years of “The Foundation for the Development of Citizens’ Freedoms, Panamanian Chater of Transparency International (IT),” Jorge has been a professor at several universities in Panama.

Over the last five years, he has been ranked in the first band by Chambers and Partners and one of the best litigation lawyers in Panama by Dispute Resolution, PLC Cross-Border, The Legal 500, John Pritchard Handbooks, and Who’s Who Legal for Latin America.
