Ana Lorena Morales
Ana Lorena is a partner in our Public Contracting Department, where she advises public procurement, energy and telecommunication, and administrative and regulatory work. She specializes in clients with government contracts and those with licenses or concessions for regulated activities. Ana Lorena is active in all legal matters related to corporate law, due diligence process, mergers, and acquisitions. She is also the head of the Shipping practice area, providing a wide range of legal services in connection with vessels and mortgage registrations, and ship financing transactions. Ana Lorena has advised clients in various industries, such as construction,  telecommunications, energy, public transport, advertising, and the media sector. In public procurement or concessions, she has advised contractors and dealers who have been awarded the most important projects of recent governments
Carlos  Molino
Carlos Molino is a partner in FABREGA MOLINO and head of the Immigration Department of the firm.  He also focuses on the Corporate Department, specializing in business and corporate law, estate planning, and private interest foundation. Mr. Molino has participated as a speaker in several local and international workshops, such as the AIJA Half-Year Conference in Miami, the Annual Congress of AIJA 2021 in Zurich, 2013 in Buenos Aires; the AIJA 2014 in Toronto, Canada, at the panel of Miscellaneous Short Term Immigration Categories of the Business travel and short-term mobility; the IBA Tax conference 2017 in Buenos Aires and has lectured multiple conferences about the Immigration, Investment and Corporate Law in Panama organized by different organizations among which stands out “Camara de Comercio e Industrias Colombo Panameña.”
Dani Kuzniecki
Dani has an active participation in various Board of Directors and Committees as an independent director and has acted as a lead counsel in major mergers and international transactions, he counsels in family governance matters an also corporate governance.   In addition, he has served as General Comptroller of the Republic of Panama (2004-2007), Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Panama Canal Authority (2007 – 2009) and Minister for Canal Affairs and Secretary of Energy (2007-2009), and has also acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Institute of Corporate Governance in the Republic of Panama, (2013-2014).
Denisse  Correa KC
Denisse Correa, a partner at FABREGA MOLINO, is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in banking, real estate, and data protection. Her comprehensive approach to transactions ensures that clients are shielded against potential contractual risks while complying with relevant legislation and industry best practices.   Denisse is the leader of the Banking and Securities department and provides advice to national and international financial institutions. Her extensive experience includes structuring credit contracts, including residential, commercial, and syndicated ones, along with the corresponding guarantees, trust agreements, and all corporate documents related to such transactions.   Denisse has provided legal representation to local and international clients for over 15 years in various sectors, including banking, cybersecurity, logistics, construction, real estate, infrastructure, and trust companies.   Denisse is widely known for her outstanding expertise and deep knowledge in her specialized areas. Her impressive skills have enabled her to participate as a speaker in many prestigious national and international forums. She has shared her experience in various topics such as financing, movable and real estate guarantees, sales, trusts, contractual structuring, and data protection.  
Eduardo Molino
Eduardo Molino is a Founding Partner of FABREGA MOLINO. His practice focuses extensively in the corporate area, focusing on commercial transactions, real estate, banking, finance, and private clients. His works include incorporations, organization, commercial advice, acquisitions of assets and shares, offers of securities using exemptions or prospects, partnership agreements, and commercial matters in the tourism sector. Mr. Molino has advised local and international clients in complex cross-border matters, group restructurings, asset, and management protection, focusing on private equity investments and family businesses. In the course of his career, he has developed an excellent relationship with Cuban Law Firms. In 1994 he appointed Ambassador of Panama on Special Mission to Colombia, Peru, and the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Farah  Molino KC
Farah is our leader in the Intellectual Property department. She advises our clients on franchise agreements, trademark litigation and has extensive experience managing brand portfolios locally and internationally. She is a copyright specialist and stands out for her legal assistance to clients in the advertising industry, among others and as a local advisor to collective management organizations in Panama, contributing to the industry of artists and producers. She also leads the area of trademarks prosecutions, patents, designs, and industrial models. Her main clients are dedicated to the sports industry, beverages, telecommunications companies, laboratories, fashion and electronic products. Farah has collaborated in a well-known publication called the Ibero-American Guide to Fashion Law, in the Panama chapter and the Annotated Book of Trademarks vs. Geographical Indications.
Gretel Ciniglio
Gretel leads the Firm’s Estate Planning & Private Clients Group. She is a Senior Private Clients Lawyer with more than 20 years of experience focusing on Wealth Management, Wills, Estate and Succession Planning matters, as well as in Family Business and Family Governance matters. She acts for many Panamanian and international clients, including high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI), family groups, family businesses, corporations, law firms, private banks, trust companies, trustees, single and multi-family offices, entrepreneurs, artists, art brokers, business owners, fund managers, and property developers, on a range of Private Client matters. Gretel advises clients on their ongoing affairs and existing domestic and international structures organized for the management and governance of family businesses, including but not limited to corporations, limited liability companies, holding companies, private interest foundations, trusts, charitable entities, humanitarian activities, next-generation concerns, pre-M&A, and post-M&A wealth planning, especially those involving multi-jurisdictional assets, to name a few. Jorge  Molina Mendoza KC
Jorge Molina is a senior Partner at FABREGA MOLINO. Jorge focuses on representing and advising global clients on matters throughout Latin American and the Caribbean, involving Litigation and Arbitration matters, including complex commercial litigation cases, banking litigation, family litigation, cross-border litigation, and insurance litigation. He has vast experience representing his clients before Panamanian courts and arbitration panels Jorge Molina´s experience spans acting for multinational corporate clients, ultra-high net worth individuals, and their family offices, concerning a wide range of contentious issues. Jorge’s outstanding performance in negotiation and conflict situations and non-conflict has given him tangible recognition before the Panamanian forum as a successful and recognized lawyer in complex matters. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of several local banks, and media services and was president for five years of “The Foundation for the Development of Citizens’ Freedoms, Panamanian Chater of Transparency International (IT),” Jorge has been a professor at several universities in Panama. Jose Agustin  Preciado M
He has acted as Chief Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Government and Justice (1992-1993), Chief Legal Counsel to the Minister of Housing (1993-1994) and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Administration of Panama (1999-2004).  He has lectured to professional and business leaders on Real Estate, Tax and Transactional issues.

Juan Pablo Fabrega Polleri KC
Since 2018 has been president of the Sports Arbitration Commission of Panama, regent of the Court of Sports Arbitration of Panama (Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo de Panamá, TADPAN). From 2007 to 2017, he was member of the Ad Hoc Commission that by law looked after transparency in the execution of the contracts associated with the expansion of the Panama Canal. Since August 2004 he has been accredited as arbitrator before the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama (Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Panamá) and the Center for Conflict Solutions (Centro de Solución de Conflictos).

Miguel  Urriola
Miguel E. Urriola M. is a partner in FABREGA MOLINO and head of the Labor department of the Firm.  He has more than twenty years of professional experience, focusing his practice in litigation, commercial, labor issues, and those concerning asset recovery. Miguel has impressive experience handling complex strategic and reorganizational issues, trade union rights, consultation on redundancies and business transfers, industrial action, balloting, and collective labor law. Since 2005, he has participated as arbitrator in several arbitration proceedings at the Conciliation and Arbitration Centre of Panama. Miguel has conducted complex and high-profile employment tribunal claims and employment litigation.  He is a distinguished negotiator of collective labor agreements in Panama.
