Partner. He regularly advises local and international clients, in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to energy and natural resources and mergers and acquisitions. His usual practice also includes corporate finance and project finance.

Marcos worked as an International Attorney at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, advising local and foreign companies on corporate matters and sovereign governments in debt securities offerings.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Marcos obtained his law degree from the Law School of “Universidad Austral”, and obtained a masters degree from University of Virginia School of Law, with a focus on business law. He also obtained a degree on the Legal and Economic Structure of Energy Regulation from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
