David Gurfinkel

Partner. Head of the Dispute Resolution department. He has specialized in commercial lawsuits, arbitration proceedings, debt reorganization, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate compliance and ethics, and family matters.

Managing Partner. He specializes in general corporate practice, with special focus on commercial law, restructurings and shareholders litigation, mergers and acquisitions, cross border contracts, debt workouts and bankruptcy and reorganization, entertainment and gaming law.

Enrique Cristian Fox

Partner. A specialist in commercial and corporate law, he has worked on a number of complex matters, advising local and international firms on the restructuring of debts, the sale and purchase of bankrupt companies and similar cases. He has also been involved in solving corporate conflicts including cases taken to independent arbitration.

Partner. His practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, as well as sector and market investigations.

Fernando Martínez Zuviría

Partner. He specializes in advising local and international clients on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, with special focus on laboratories and medical products companies, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, transfers of goodwill and reorganizations, as well as on matters related to the importation, storage and distribution of drugs and medical products, and other day-to-day operations such as licensing, agency and distribution agreements, logistics operators, bids with the State, and the relevant proceedings before the National Administration of Drugs, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) and National and Provincial Ministries of Health.

Florencia Heredia

Partner. Florencia Heredia is an expert in mining law with 27 years extensive experience advising companies and financing institutions in complex mining transactions in Argentina.

Partner since 2011. He is an expert on banking and financial law in general and has advised a variety of financial institutions on all aspects of lending, including short, medium and long term loans, derivative transactions, structured and other commercial lending transactions and other various collateral structures. He also represented issuers in local and international offerings involving the registration with multiple securities regulators. Mr. Mayora has also advised local and foreign banks on regulatory and foreign exchange issues with the Argentine Central Bank. Mr. Mayora regularly advises clients on foreign exchange controls and money laundering matters.

Marcos Patrón Costas

Partner. He regularly advises local and international clients, in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to energy and natural resources and mergers and acquisitions. His usual practice also includes corporate finance and project finance.

María Morena Del Río

Partner. She has specialized in administrative law and economic regulatory practice. She has vast experience dealing with national, provincial and local authorities and agencies. Particularly, Mrs. Del Rio has been actively involved in advising companies in regulatory matters at Federal and local authorities. She has also participated in many public tenders and award processes to obtain government licenses, construction contracts, authorizations and permits.

María Rosa Villegas Arévalo

She has been a partner of the firm since 1992 and specializes in corporate law, capital markets, acquisitions, and business reorganization of business companies, restructuring, family businesses, telecommunications and broadcasting. She played an active role in the privatization of State-owned companies, especially in the telecommunications sector.

Mariano Peruzzoti

Partner since 2025. He is part of the TMT, Intellectual Property, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence departments.

Nicolas Procopio

Head of Tax Practice (Partner). Nicolas specializes on tax matters and planning for individuals as well as corporations with respect to their domestic and international transactions.

Nicolás Grandi

Partner. He is an expert on civil, labor and commercial litigation, including complex litigation and arbitration. His practice includes commercial agreements and general advice on minimizing labor related risks and costs. He has advised banking clients in the negotiating of severance package to personnel and executives as well as analyze the contingencies within the framework of labor law. Mr. Grandi has also advised companies on high executive’s contracts, management compensation, bonus plans and incentive programs.

Pablo A Palazzi

Partner. Mr. Palazzi has provided clients advise on matters related to intellectual property and internet law including data protection. His clients includes several Internet companies, social networks, online payment systems, hardware and software manufacturers, and online retail companies. He has broad experience in trademark and patent prosecution, intellectual property litigation, domain name dispute resolution and also in national and transnational e-discovery. Mr. Palazzi is admitted to practice law in Argentina and in New York.

Raúl Fratantoni

Since he joined Allende & Brea, he is part of our Corporate and M&A practice, and has advised our clients in merger and acquisitions, foreign investments, corporate law, contracts, and estate and tax planning. He became a partner of the firm in January 2010.

Santiago Sturla

Partner. Mr. Sturla has represented clients in a broad range of matters within his field of specialization, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ conflicts and derivative actions, financing and restructuring, project financing, foreign investment and political risk insurance, giving advice to banks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and high-tech companies, among others.

Valeriano Guevara Lynch

Chairman. He served as Allende & Brea's Managing Partner from 2015 until 2024. Mr. Guevara Lynch has represented clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to advising clients in acquisition transactions. His practice includes general corporate law, commercial agreements, labour and compensation, reorganizations and restructuring, financings, issuance of corporate bonds and shares listed in stock exchanges.
