Chairman. He served as Allende & Brea's Managing Partner from 2015 until 2024. Mr. Guevara Lynch has represented clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to advising clients in acquisition transactions. His practice includes general corporate law, commercial agreements, labour and compensation, reorganizations and restructuring, financings, issuance of corporate bonds and shares listed in stock exchanges.

He served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira de Casares in the City of Buenos Aires between 1991 and 1996, worked at the law firm Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York between 2000 and 2002, joined Allende & Brea in 1996 and became partner in 2003.

He has been cited as a leading practitioner in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions law by, among others, Chambers & Partners Global, Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 Latin America, International Financial Law Review (IFLR1000), Who’s Who Legal, Latin Lawyer 250 and The Best Lawyers.
