She has been a partner of the firm since 1992 and specializes in corporate law, capital markets, acquisitions, and business reorganization of business companies, restructuring, family businesses, telecommunications and broadcasting. She played an active role in the privatization of State-owned companies, especially in the telecommunications sector.

She has been a partner of Allende & Brea since 1992. She is ex professor of commercial law at the “Universidad Católica Argentina”.

She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Pro Bono Lawyers Association.

She obtained her law degree from the “Universidad Católica Argentina” in 1977.
