Managing Partner. He specializes in general corporate practice, with special focus on commercial law, restructurings and shareholders litigation, mergers and acquisitions, cross border contracts, debt workouts and bankruptcy and reorganization, entertainment and gaming law.

He has been practicing law as a partner of the firm since 2000. Before that, he worked as an Associate of the firm since he obtained his law degree. He acted as expert witness in the Bankruptcy Courts of the City of New York, in matters involving argentine bankruptcy law. He has been invited as lecturer in conferences and courses both in local and foreign universities, and has published articles and comments on law journals and other publications.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and Banking Lawyers Committee.

Universidad de Buenos Aires, 1994, Masters in Law (LL.M.) Duke University, 1997. He is a candidate for a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the “Universidad de Buenos Aires” (admitted in 2007).
