Position
Partner. He is an expert on civil, labor and commercial litigation, including complex litigation and arbitration. His practice includes commercial agreements and general advice on minimizing labor related risks and costs. He has advised banking clients in the negotiating of severance package to personnel and executives as well as analyze the contingencies within the framework of labor law. Mr. Grandi has also advised companies on high executive’s contracts, management compensation, bonus plans and incentive programs.
Career
Mr. Grandi joined Allende & Brea in 2000 while still as student. He became a partner of the firm in January 2014.

Education
He obtained his Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001, He has completed the LLM degree in Law & Economics at University Torcuato Di Tella in 2007. He is currently taking an annual postgraduate labor law course at the Univeristy of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
