María Inés Brandt is a partner of Marval O’Farrell Mairal Tax Department with more than 20 years’ experience in tax matters. She focuses on tax advice and planning and has outstanding expertise in the tax aspects of large, challenging corporate and finance transactions, including the design, planning and organization of tax-efficient transactions. She is also an expert in complex tax litigation.

Before joining Marval O'Farrell Mairal, she was a founding partner at Tanoira Cassagne Abogados and a partner at Estudio Beccar Varela.

She is a member of the Argentine Fiscal Association, regularly contributes articles to well-known legal publications and has been invited as speaker to various conferences on matters related to her area of specialization.

She graduated with honors from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1993 and specialized in Tax Law in 1995 at the same university.
