An enthusiastic of IP who is currently serving at INTA's ADR Subcommittee and ABA's TM Litigation Committee. Appointed as an Expert Witness before the US Federal Court of Appeals in a cross boarder TM dispute. Recognized as a Top Tier attorney in Mexico by WTR1000 and Corporate INTL for several years in a row and has particular expertise in the pharmaceutical, automotive and food and beverages industry.
