Ana holds a Law degree and a technical background as an Electronic Engineer. She started her practice in IP back in the year 2000 and has particular expertise in the clothing, cosmetic, technology and pharmaceutical industry.         

She has been ranked by WTR1000 and WIPR LEADERS as a Top Tier attorney in Mexico both in the trademark and the patent rankings for several years in a row.

Ana is currently collaborating with INTA mentoring and advising other colleagues thru table topics and lectures. Her published articles include: “Co-existance of Trademark and Reserva of Rights in Mexico” published by World Review; “New Rules for Franchising” published by Informa Law; “Insight to Mexico’s IP” published by Trademark World.
