Alejandro Martinez began his legal practice in tax and administrative litigation at the Federal Court of Administrative Justice. Mr. Martinez currently participates in specialized litigation in the area of Foreign Trade, Customs and matters arising from the denial of Preferential Tariff Treatment.

With more than seven years of experience in the firm, Alejandro Martínez advises companies in their foreign trade operations, as well as in obtaining and complying with permanent obligations of the various permits and registrations for the operation of the maquiladora and manufacturing industry in Mexico, such as IMMEX registration, PROSEC, among others. In addition, Alejandro Martínez has extensive experience in advising on the proper management and compliance with the permanent obligations of the IMMEX program, and the various modalities of the Business Certification Scheme
