About

Reynolds Frizzell LLP is a boutique law firm in Houston, Texas, focusing on complex commercial litigation. The firm’s partners bring to bear more than 190 years of litigation experience and include two fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers and two associate members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The firm is recognized for its representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in cases in which the financial futures of companies and individuals are at stake.

In September 2009, six partners formed Reynolds Frizzell. Since then the firm has grown to include 16 attorneys and has favorably tried and settled a number of diverse high-stakes cases.

Because of the firm’s flexibility and range of experience, it intentionally avoids limiting its practice to any specific geographic region or practice area. It has tried cases in state court, federal court, domestic and international arbitration, and has briefed and argued matters before numerous courts of appeal. Its lawyers have successfully handled cases touching on virtually every aspect of business, including energy, oil and gas, antitrust, product liability, contract disputes and business torts, fiduciary duty matters, securities, anti-competitive conduct, intellectual property, executive compensation, patent infringement, trade secret theft, insurance, class action and multi-district litigation, construction, lender liability, director liability, legal and professional malpractice, trust and estate litigation, and partnership disputes. The firm has litigated cases in bankruptcy and frequently handled matters involving international law. Many of the firm’s cases are litigated outside of Texas, and several have required discovery outside of the United States.
