She focuses her practice on corporate law, capital markets and regulatory law, specifically regulated markets. Has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and capital markets. She has advised domestic and foreign clients, publicly-traded corporations and public companies in various securities issuance and IPO processes, as well as on the acquisition of companies and/or assets, through private and public bidding processes, representing both buyers and sellers.

She has also advised clients on matters related to infrastructure, public works concessions and energy sectors, in the development of projects, their financing, and in obtaining permits and authorizations.
