Has vast experience in financing, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Has actively participated in the structuring of public and private investment funds, as well as in carrying out their transactions. Has advised local and foreign banks, and pension funds, in project finance.

Before joining NLD he was the legal counsel of a group of listed investment companies, associate attorney at Barros & Errázuriz and Carey, and served as legal counsel secondee at Credicorp Capital. He was international associate lawyer at the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
