Beatriz advises clients on a full range of antitrust/competition issues, as complex merger notifications and investigations of anti-competitive practices, including negotiations of agreements with antitrust authorities (leniency, settlement and remedies agreements). Beatriz also provides legal advice on development and training of antitrust compliance programs, as well as on risk assessment of mergers, contracts and commercial practices.
