Felipe is a Lawyer from Universidad CES and a specialist in Private International Contracting Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, he has experience in the areas of Exchange Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Regulatory and Real Estate Law. As a member of the team with a career in the firm of over nine years, he specializes in providing ongoing advice to clients on commercial, corporate, foreign exchange, real estate, and regulatory matters, accompanying them in their day-to-day operations and business structuring.

Felipe has experience in sectors such as real estate, health, BPO, and services in general, among others. Likewise, together with the Partner in charge, he leads the Firm’s litigation and real estate area, participating in the structuring of real estate projects and real estate due diligence. He also advises international clients in the incorporation of corporate vehicles for the operation of businesses in Colombia, among others.
