Ernesto F. Castañeda Baños is a leading partner of the Firm's Litigation and Tax Consulting practice, with 18 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients. His practice focuses mainly on the design and implementation of defense strategies in tax matters for clients from different sectors, as well as in the attention of audit procedures by the tax authorities, and the implementation of alternative means of dispute resolution. Likewise, his practice consists of advising clients in corporate restructurings, financings, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, among others. He worked for 15 years at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa before joining Sainz Abogados.
