Ximena Hernández Negretti has been an Associate at Sainz Abogados since 2015. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Real Estate Law. She has experience in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions of mixed-use, commercial, industrial and tourism developments; contributions to FIBRA's, with special emphasis on joint ventures, contributions to trusts and leases in the industrial sector. He also advises real estate developers and landlords in various types of real estate, industrial, commercial and residential transactions.


Ximena is also dedicated to legal and compliance matters, including data protection and privacy, AML and anti-corruption regulations.
