Esteban C. Gorches G. is a founding partner of Müggenburg, Gorches y Peñalosa, S.C. where he is a co-head of the areas of Administrative and Constitutional Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.

Mr. Gorches has over twenty five years of experience, focusing his practice primarily on Litigation (administrative, constitutional and amparo, commercial, competition antitrust, intellectual property, entertainment, energy and infrastructure, environmental / natural resources, international trade /customs, ports, government procurement, product liability,  sanitary regulatory).
