Rodolfo Rangel is a Partner at TMI Law and a consolidated strategist in administrative and constitutional law litigation, with a focus on emerging technologies and new business models. He has a consistently successful track record and possesses excellent skills in damage control and responsiveness in sensitive areas where technological aspects might pose critical hurdles for the understanding of judges and authorities.

His litigation skills have enabled him to develop a specialized practice that safeguards and enforces clients' rights and interests in the field of emerging technologies and new business models. In this sense, Mr. Rangel has overturned cases that were considered to be res judicata, obtaining favorable decisions from circuit courts, even after the courts had ruled against his clients. He also has a solid experience in handling cross-border franchise/license of trademarks and cases of unfair competition in the USA, Latin America, and Europe. His expertise in conducting evidence-based market surveys is innovative and compelling in technological evidence.

He holds an LL.M. in Comparative Law jointly awarded by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the Illustrious College of Lawyers of the Nation, as well as a Master of Law in Comparative American Law.
