Alexia Rosenthal

Jaime Uranga

Jaime actively participated in the issuance of corporate and sovereign bonds, secured and unsecured financings, corporate and sovereign debt restructurings, acquisition financing, banking transactions, M&A, syndicate loans. He has participated in some of the largest transactions taking place in Argentina in recent years, including the US$18.3 billion Argentine debt restructuring in 2010.  He also advice companies on general business and corporate law.

Pablo Mastromarino
Pablo Mastromarino is the leading partner of Tanoira Cassagne´s Labour and Employment Law Department. He has more than 24 years of experience in his practice as labour lawyer. His practice is focused on all aspects of labour law, such as staff restructuring, expatriates, international staff, design and implementation of codes of conduct, compensation systems, stock option plans, pension plans, negotiation with unions, Collective Bargaining Agreements and on a vast experience in complex labour litigation. He also provides the labour day by day counselling to his clients, that includes national and multinational companies of varied activities. Mr. Mastromarino has also a wide experience in such process that involves redundancies and suspensions of labour contracts, run off process, expatriates programs, stock option plans, international staff, compensation of managers and directors, collective bargaining agreements, etc. During the last years, he has advice several international companies in conflicts and negotiations with unions. Pablo Mastromarino was awarded by the International Law Office with the “ILO Client Choice Awards 2017" and the “ILO Client Choice Awards 2018" in the Area of “Employment & Benefits”.
