He provides legal assistance in all type of M&A transactions to local companies and also to multinational companies doing business in Argentina. He also has significant experience in the litigation and arbitration fields related to business conflicts and other commercial matters. He participated as speaker at various Seminars and Congresses related to Business Law and Commercial Contracts.

He obtained his degree from the School of Law of the Buenos Aires University in 1997. He conducted various post-graduate studies on Business Law, including a US Business Law Program at Michigan University, U.S. (2001). He was Professor of Business Law, in the UCES; Adjunct Professor of Business Law, in the Universidad de Palermo; and Assistant Professor of Commercial and Business Law in the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
