Within its expansion plans, during 2012 the law firm Irun & Villamayor was established as legal labor counsel for corporations, as the result of the incorporation of legal professionals into the labor field.

Irun & Villamayor is a law firm exclusively specialized in the field of labor counseling to companies. There are currently 17 lawyers working for the firm, with extensive professional training specifically in labor law (individual and collective), administrative labor law, social security law, and the solution of judicial labor disputes.

Preventive counseling: Irun & Villamayor assists clients in all aspects of traditional labor issues, employment litigation, workplace safety, employee benefits and other areas. It offers preventive counseling in labor law through ongoing consultation, attention to individual and collective actions, and conflicts and claims in administrative proceedings.

The firm provides efficient, client-focused service to its clients. Its alternatives and proposals aim to minimize risks and costs, prevent bad results, and establish practical solutions regarding labor law. It also has a system of internal audits for companies in order to assess contingencies, caring about and preserving the matters that clients trust.
