As a founding partner of the firm and the current Director of the Labour Corporate Counseling Area, Juan Pablo's 26 years of extensive experience have established him as a leading authority in labor conflict resolution and a strategic consultant in labor relations. Widely regarded as a reference in Colombia, his expertise has earned recognition from prominent international publications. He has advised major companies and economic groups across the country, solidifying his reputation as a respected figure in his field. Notably, he was recently appointed as a co-judge at the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, further affirming his standing in the legal community.  On the academic front, he has made significant contributions as the Director of the Labor Law Department at Universidad Javeriana from 2010 to 2022, one of the most respected universities and law faculties in our country. During his tenure, he was instrumental in designing, implementing, and currently directing the Master’s Degree Program in Labor Law and Social Security, along with other postgraduate courses in the same field. His leadership has been pivotal in shaping the university’s labor law curriculum and advancing legal education in Colombia.
