As the leader of the Labour Relations area, Rocío oversees advising and counseling companies across various economic sectors on collective bargaining processes with union organizations. She is also responsible for developing strategies for arbitration tribunals and handling proceedings before the Ministry of Labour, particularly in matters of collective nature, outsourcing, and public employment services.
