Alejandro is a founding partner of the firm and serves as the Director of the Trials and Litigation Practice.  Alejandro combines his litigation expertise with a strategic approach, focusing on judicial proceedings that have enabled him to build and lead an area managing over 13,000 active cases. As the Director of this practice, he is responsible for defining judicial defense strategies and, together with his team, representing companies in individual, collective, and social security labor law matters before both the ordinary labor and contentious administrative jurisdictions.  During the June 2017 - June 2018 period, he was Governor of the Colegio de Abogados del Trabajo (Colombian Labour Bar Association), which demonstrates his leadership and broad recognition among his peers and the market.
